A wonderful piece made by Aldo Londi for Bitossi. A sweet little dachshund in the iconic colours of Rimini Blu.

Bitossi Ceramiche is an Italian ceramics manufacturer that has been in operation since the 19th century, producing a wide range of ceramic and pottery products. Aldo Londi joined Bitossi Ceramiche in 1946 and played a significant role in shaping the company's designs and collections. He is particularly renowned for his work on the "Rimini Blu" series, which is one of Bitossi Ceramiche's most iconic and collectible lines. The "Rimini Blu" series, introduced in the 1950s, is characterized by its distinctive blue glaze with a textured surface. This collection features a wide range of ceramics, including vases, bowls, lamps, and other decorative items.
